Bertyl serves as the program's Maintenance Manager. He is a tech-savvy professional with expertise in computer repairs and building maintenance. He has years of experience in Operations Management and takes pride in business solutions. Many of his hard and soft skills as a Building and System Engineering Specialist are transferable to the Empower Eden Program because they help us strive to ensure smooth building operations while maintaining a safe and compliant environment.

Schaquilla is the Human Resource Manager and Office Manager, where she plans and coordinates the organization’s workforce to [best] use employees’ talents; serves as a consultant to advise other managers on human resources issues, such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment; and coordinates and supervises the work of specialists and support staff, overseeing the organization’s recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes.
